Join us for a 3-Day Heart of Spirit™ Wellness Retreat at Spirit2Spirit where you will experience an in-depth retreat focused on our connection to nature, to our bodies, our minds, and to spirit through our higher self, our ancestors, and the spark of magic within each of us that connects us all on an energetic level. Learning to Lead- Fundamentals of Leadership is a 12-module self-paced course.  This training provides the foundational skills and tools needed to be a successful leader in any scenario and any field at all levels of leadership from supervisor to CEO, there is something for everyone in this course!  We will cover 4 primary leadership styles, how they can be utilized regardless of the scenario you are in, as well as how we apply these styles to specific examples.

Each coaching package includes 12 sessions which can be used over the course of a year.   If you need additional sessions we can discuss pricing for add-on, or you can simply renew the 12 session package. Our first call will be no-charge as we will review your needs and your goals as well as determine a schedule and a format that works best.  We can meet in person or virtually, and the frequency is based on the pace needed for your specific goals.

In this video, I delve into the fascinating intersection of heart-centered intuition, science, and energy healing, drawing from my diverse background as a registered nurse, Reiki master, and shamanic practitioner. In this video, I explore the concept of connecting with our animal spirit guides and other helper spirits that can guide us on our life journey. I share insights on the symbolism of various animals and how they can serve as reminders of our innate strengths and capabilities. Additionally, I guide you through a meditation to help you meet these guides and encourage you to revisit this practice as often as needed.
