Learning to Lead- Fundamentals of Leadership is a 12-module self-paced course.  This training provides the foundational skills and tools needed to be a successful leader in any scenario and any field at all levels of leadership from supervisor to CEO, there is something for everyone in this course!  We will cover 4 primary leadership styles, how they can be utilized regardless of the scenario you are in, as well as how we apply these styles to specific examples.

Each coaching package includes 12 sessions which can be used over the course of a year.   If you need additional sessions we can discuss pricing for add-on, or you can simply renew the 12 session package. Our first call will be no-charge as we will review your needs and your goals as well as determine a schedule and a format that works best.  We can meet in person or virtually, and the frequency is based on the pace needed for your specific goals.

I share insights on the symbolism of various animals and how they can serve as reminders of our innate strengths and capabilities.
